Abstract
THIS work is a systematic treatment of the Myxophyceæ Phseophyceæ Heterokontæ and the Chlorophyceæ excluding the Desmidiaceæ of the region mentioned. The large number of forms considered are well illustrated with line drawings, and several new genera and species are described.
