Abstract
IN the hundred or so pages of this work devoted to carburettors the author has scarcely done justice to the modern outlook, although he gives an interesting description of various types. The omission of the double Venturi form is remark able. No mention is made of aero work, yet it was aviation which opened our eyes to efficiency.
