Abstract
WHEN the British Government in 1902 under-took to cooperate with other countries, bordering on the North Sea in an investigation into the fisheries of -that, region, it delegated its. share, of the work in the north to the Scottish, Fishery Board and in the south to the Marine Biological Association of the United Kingdom-The latter has now issued its second report upon the work done by its naturalists and hydrographer covering the period 1904-5.
