THE TOTAL SOLAR ECLIPSE, MAY 18, 1901.—Since the provisional telegraphic reports immediately after the eclipse there has been little further information as to the exact procedure the various parties, but an article in the Times of July 20, 1901, gives a more comprehensive series of particulars.
